CR系列超微沖擊磨
CR系列超微沖擊磨是根據國內外眾多類型的沖擊磨特點,結合我公司多年的粉體工程實踐研制而成,集獨特的粉碎機理和分級技術于一體機,具有超細粉碎和打散、整形等功能。適用于莫氏硬度小于3的物料的粉碎。
工作原理
物料由定量喂料裝置送入粉碎腔后,在高速旋轉的回轉體和鑲有齒形襯板的定子之間產生激烈沖擊、剪切和研磨,實現對物料超細粉碎的目的。粉碎后的物料經分級裝置及時分級,較粗物料返回繼續粉碎,合格細粉被后續設備收集。

集粉碎分級于一體,合格細粉得到及時分級提取,避免了過粉碎。
物料粒度分布窄,產品細度d97=2~100um范圍內可調。
機內氣流的流動可起到降溫作用,適于對熱敏感物料的粉碎。
系統全封閉負壓運行,無粉塵污染。
對團聚物料具有打散、解聚功能。
粉碎室可配自動排渣裝置,自動排除物料中的難磨粒子和雜質。

適用范圍
本機型適應范圍廣泛,莫氏硬度小于3含水量小于15%的干性物料都可以采用本機進行粉碎。本機可用于片狀、針狀、纖維狀物料的粉碎,也可用于對濕法生產的非金屬礦粉干燥后的打散分級。特別用于化工、醫藥、食品、催化劑、氫氧化鋁、氧化鋁、滑石、云母、石墨、AC發泡劑、石油焦、農藥、染料、涂料、炭黑、復印份、電子材料等行業。

Working principle
